Drift eliminators are used in air treatment units (ATU), Scrubbers, ventilation and humidification systems, and what characterizes them is their strong thermo-mechanical resistance. They are produced in PP (on request in PVC only for some models) and their characteristics meet the extinguishing standards (CTI 136 and ASTM E-84).

Their function is mainly to separate the drops of water present in the air flow for vertical flows (modular panel separators), furthermore their efficiency is equal to 99% (with nominal speed of 3 m/s) and is measured, in basis of the expulsion of water into the air, in proportion to the quantity of water at the section of the separators. They also allow excellent water distribution, maximizing the use of the contact surfaces and increasing their performance.

They are also used in inlet hoods, for vertical air flows; as they prevent water droplets and dirt from entering the turbine.

Designed on purpose for horizontal air flows with frontal speed between 2 m/s and 5 m/s, with a low water / air ratio and a standard pitch of 33 mm. The characteristic of having this spacing allows to use a smaller number of separators for each battery section.

It is usually used in air handling units downstream of the cooling batteries to retain the drops formed by condensed humidity and as a rectifier.

Designed for horizontal air flows with front speed between 2 m/s and 5 m/s and with a low water / air ratio. The spacing of use of the separator is 33 mm, allowing a saving in the quantity of profiles used for each battery section.
