Upon confirmation of an order, the agreed terms and conditions are understood to be READ AND ACCEPTED, whether for written, telephone, verbal, and fax or e-mail orders.

Quotations are produced for each individual request and customer and are VAT EXCLUDED at the quotation stage.
The total amount of VAT INCLUDED for Italy and VAT EXCLUDED for Foreign countries will be indicated in the order confirmation.

Payments will follow the directions agreed upon/expressed within the offer and once the offer is accepted, the directions will not be changed. In the event that payments do not meet the agreed terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend and void the order WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

Transportation is ALWAYS EXCLUDED unless specifically requested. In the event that it is requested, the quotation in the bid must be accepted.
THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY CARRIERS OTHER THAN ITS OWN.

All certificates must be requested at the bidding stage, as for some cases the Company must charge additional costs and indicate the timeframe for realization.

All products have a 12 MONTH WARRANTY unless verified that these have not been damaged or tampered with.
If, therefore, it is determined that the product is not in conformity, it will be replaced to the extent that will be determined.
