Drift eliminators are used in air treatment units (ATU), Scrubbers, ventilation and humidification systems, and are characterized by their strong thermo-mechanical resistance. They are produced in PVC and PP and their characteristics meet the extinguishing standards (CTI 136 and ASTM E-84).

Their function is mainly to separate the drops of water present in the air flow for vertical flows (modular panel separators), furthermore their efficiency is equal to 99% (with nominal speed of 3 m/s) and is measured in basis of the expulsion of water into the air, in proportion to the quantity of water at the section of the separators; allowing excellent water distribution, maximizing the use of the contact surfaces and increasing the performance.

They are also used in inlet hoods, for vertical air flows; as they prevent water droplets and dirt from entering the turbine.
